Bruce Fazio is a real estate developer based in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Over the course of his career, Fazio has been involved in nearly every aspect of the real estate industry from construction to investment. 

While real estate is one of the most popular assets to invest in, Bruce Fazio cautions potential investors to only purchase properties that are located near their home. Even hands-off investors will find it difficult to deal with a property that is located an hour or more away. Over the years Bruce has often said, “If you’re not doing real estate full time it can become a full-time headache.”

Bruce prides himself on taking the time to do things the right way from the outset. Bruce’s latest project is Edgewater Capital Partners, a private equity fund which will help Bruce and other investors take advantage of overlooked real estate deals. Finding proper financing is often one of the most difficult challenges of developing a property. Bruce Fazio hopes that Edgewater Capital Partners will help eliminate this challenge for his projects. Up to this point in his career, Bruce has only focused on residential real estate; however, with Edgewater Capital Partners he may become involved in commercial real estate as well.

Outside of work, Bruce Fazio enjoys spending time with his family and playing tennis.
