Hi and thanks for visiting my page!  I am Rick Dunham, the customer service specialist who conducts real estate transactions. Just to share a little about myself and my background, I have been actively engaged in real estate transactions for the most recent 15 years.  At various points over the past decade and a half, I have served as a real estate agent, investor, and property manager.  Beyond that, I currently hold a B.S. in business administration with emphasis on economics, and an MBA with a concentration in management.  Further, I have held management positions with organizations such as Sears Credit, CitiGroup, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.  I share that information with you to convey two very important messages.  First, I completely understand the importance of delivering superior customer service.  Secondly, a real estate transaction is a business transaction.  I have been entrusted with decision-making authority by world-class organizations, including the central bank of the United States of America.  My point is very simple.  I – Know – Business.  Whether you are buying or selling your home, I am committed to providing you with the highest level of representation and customer service available.  If you are customer service driven and require the services of a real estate sales consultant who understands the intricacies of business transactions, then you have found him!  Let’s talk!
