Hi, I'm Raejean Christopher, and my friends and associates call me Rj.  I consult with real estate teams all across the country and work with their administrative staff and managers.  I'm also an approved course instructor with the Arizona Department of Real Estate. 

I am a big believer in the Team Concept!  I know the models in The Millionaire Real Estate Agent book by Gary Keller are valid because I've lived them.  The agents in my market center call me "The Systems Queen" - which translates to Big Nerd - but that's ok!  :-) I know how to effectively build, lead, and manage a real estate team working at an exceptionally high level. 

My mission is to have a profound impact on the business lives (and thus the personal lives) of real estate agents.  I'm very fortunate that I have that opportunity every day.
