I have been actively involved in Real estate for over 30 years, Like most long term Realtors I have experienced just about every market condition in Real Estate, Both in Residential, and Commercial.
With over 20 yrs Real Estate experience in Brevard County FL., I can assit you with just about any Real estae needs.
However the areas that I focus on the most are Multi-Family investment properties i.e. Apartment Buildings and complexes typically 50 units and greater, Retail Centers, Business Brokerage and of course Single Family Residentail for all my past clients, referals and new clients.
It has been a great ride and as the market changes I always look forward to the next challenge.
I'm actively involved with the Real Estate Board and at any given time I can be seen involved in a few local boards such as the Melbourne Art Festival, and other local social events.
I am certified in Troubled Asset sales and Marketing in both residential and Commercial and most of my business in with out of area investors so I am also a Certified International Property Specialist (C.I.P.s)
I have been in the Real Estate business for over 28 years, I have marketed Single family homes, condominiums, industrial condominiums, M.U.R.B's, Tax credit properties, high end condominiums, Retail Shopping Centers, Industrial Parks, Apartment Buildings, Mobile home Parks, Affordable housing projects, Business Brokerage, Vacant land, Dockominiums, B.P.O. asset management assistance. etc.
I'm was also a licenced Mortage Broker and a member of the B.B.F. Business Brokers of Florida.
With almost 30 yrs exp. selling R.E. in Fla. and Cnd. I have a background in Res.,Condo Marketing and Sales and over 20 years experience in Commercial and Investment properties.
