Presently I am spending approximately 70% of my time with buyers with the majority of them being  either short sales or REO properties.  I  specialize in first time buyers as I obtain a tremendous amount of satisfaction seeing a couple receiving the keys to their first home. I have  also   been successful in working with the senior members of our society.  It takes a lot of patience in this area and the trust factor is extremely high with them.  This is where my reputation has assisted me tremendously.  In working with Probates, wills and trusts the trust  built with Attorneys has been a great help with their referrals.We have the benefit of onsite Escrow Services and Mortgage Lender Services.  Also, we have two owners that are hands on and extremely active to insure the success of our office as evidenced by the following: Centurion Office since 1986; Double Centurion office since 1996;  We are the Top 1% of all Century 21 Worldwide; Qualifty Service Award in 1995; Fullerton Chamber of Commerce Large Business of the Year in 2002; the list goes on and on.Use this section to write about your specific areas of expertise.
