I am a REALTOR® with one of the local Prudential offices working with about 15-20 other great Associates. I have been in the business for 18 years and can honestly tell you this is the most fun and the best job I have ever had in my life. My only regret is not starting sooner. We have a great market and economy here in Oklahoma and we are so fortunate that we are still seeing a good housing market.
My office is located is the SW part of Oklahoma City in the Moore School district of which I have a son in and one daughter that has graduated. Our little area is growing but not at a fast pace. I would say it is slow and steady which is fine with me. Moore & Norman are close to where I'm at which are two great towns. Norman of course is home to Oklahoma University and the OU Sooners.
At Prudential, we believe in placing the customer first. We are a highly ethical bunch and we work hard to provide a level of service that keeps our clients happy and that will earn us referrals and future business. I personally look forward to being in the business for a long time so that I can continue to forge lasting friendships because in life, you can never have too many friends!

Over the years I have laid claim to many areas of "expertise". Truth is, I am in the real estate business and that takes me all over central Oklahoma BUT if I had to make a list of my top areas, then I would say that I love to list and sell homes in the Moore School district which includes Oklahoma City and Moore plus I really enjoy selling in Norman which is a great little community just South of my location. Norman is a great place to live, shop and eat and we love to shop and eat there.
I really have had a lot of success selling homes on land, like an acre or two. I think there is no greater feeling than to own a home on a small piece of land. I think every person should be able to own a little land with their home. Having a garden or raising a few chicken for the fresh eggs are really neat and plus if there's a pond, then you can fish whenever you want.
I sell mostly in the 80-500K range with the average being around $175-250K which is a good price to be in here in Oklahoma. That can buy you a nice home in a good area and one you can live in for decades without ever having to move. I love working with first time buyers and being a part of that experience with them. There is no greater reward (except for God & Family) than owning your own home and that is a dream I wish for everyone.
