Here is what sets me apart from many other Realtors....I seriously care and it shows in the way I handle my business and my clients.  Everyone receives and deserves "kid glove" treatment from me no matter what the circumstances.  I have been in this exciting business full time since 1980 and worked through a myriad of different markets....active, slow, stable, difficult, unusual and more!  A Realtor who has been involved in all of these different markets is well trained and usually can land on her/his feet during drastic changes in order to assist clients appropriately....especially if she/he has kept up with ongoing continuing education pertinent to current circumstances.

My Designations and Certifications follow.....Managing Broker, ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), CSC (Certified Staging Consultant), e-PRO (Certified Internet Specialist) and SFR (Certified in Short Sales and Foreclosure Resources).  I recently completed my CNC certification...Certified Negotiating Consultant.

Therefore, I suggest.... "You Should Be Askin' Baskin!"

Certifications

At this particular time (2013) short sales and foreclosure properties are in abundance throughout our market.  Knowing this was going to happen, along with realizing it will be like this for some time, I took my training in 2009 and acquired my "SFR" certification...this stands for Short Sale and Foreclosure Resources.  The level of knowledge needed and the time involved in these types of transactions definitely called for additional and expanded education in order to operate in this new real estate environment!

Of course, I handle all other types of real estate business and in all price ranges!  I also do commercial real estate.
