| Sandy has been the best Realtor since day one “Sandy explained that in this market you have to prepare your house for sale to get the highest price. We agreed to stage our house, have a home inspection and a pest inspection, paint some rooms and clean everything. It took us two weeks to prepare and Sandy was there to help and advise all along. Then she told me it would be on the market for two weeks before we would look at any offers. We had two weekends of open houses and two broker tours. Several people wanted to make offers right away and we ended up getting five offers and closed with the one that was 9.3% over that list price that Sandy recommended. At first I even thought Sandy had priced the home too low! Hope you listen to Sandy when she recommends a price that will cause your home to have multiple offers. She has the integrity to set the price right at the beginning and then stand up for that price until you have multiple offers. We only had to show it for two weeks and we just sent our selves on vacation. Sandy really knows the market and how to get the highest price!” |

| Since I was a kid I wanted to own an old farm house with a barn in the Santa Cruz/Monterey area. Prices for what I wanted were always just out of reach. I began watching Sandy’s website many years ago and saw real estate prices skyrocket, then the market “adjustment” happened and I got serious about looking for my retirement compound. As the market prices gained again and I narrowly missed out on two offers which Sandy wrote for me, I had just about given up on my dream. Then I found my ‘acre with a barn and old farm house’. Sandy stepped up and made an offer at a good price with a quick closing to sweeten the deal. My offer was accepted, but unfortunately I was scheduled for surgery that following week. Sandy got a team of local contractors to do all my inspections and she dealt with the County to get all of the available records I needed, and I now own the perfect piece of property. | It was my dream to have a beach home in Santa Cruz! I was on Sandy's, seesandy4homes.com web site and she was sending me listings for a long time before we went to look at homes. I knew when I first meet Sandy that she had so much to offer in experience of how to buy the home you really want. I felt that she was going to take special care of me. I was already working with my bank in the bay area, when Sandy recommended that I use a local lender. She warned me that the BANK would make changes at the last minute and it would be difficult to close on time. The BANK was difficult and wanted a second appraisal at the last minute. That delayed the closing. I had no idea that this process had to be so hard. I was so glad to have Sandy working for me. She was always focused on my dream of owning a beach home and it was a HAPPY ENDING. Sandy made sure I got this home and closed with a good interest rate and good terms. She handled every detail for me because I was not able to be there for the inspections. She made sure the seller finalized the permits for the remodel. The Homeowners Association would not answer any of my questions about putting in new windows because I didn't own it yet. Sandy asked the seller to get those answers. Sandy negotiated a great price on a newly remodeled condo that I have decorated and made our special beach home in Santa Cruz. Dreams really do come true and I have Sandy to thank for it!
