Another area that Sheri is very knowledgable in is the Baby Boomer market. When it is time to sell the big house and downsize, Sheri helps guide the homeowner through this sometimes emotional time. The fact that she has downsized herself helps her to understand and empathize with the issues. She is very knowledgable with the condo market, and can guide her buyers to the different options available.
Sheri is very comfortable with selling high-end properties as well as helping relocation clients to learn about the area. Essex county and its proximity to NYC makes this a desirable area to live in.
