With some advice from my agent, after de-cluttering, de-personalizing and rearranging the furniture to show off my homes best features I was amazed how quickly it sold (2 days). Plus there were about 8-10 other townhouses in my complex that were on the market at the same time. From that moment on I knew that this was something I wanted to pursue.
