I am a dedicated and successful real estate professional in Solano, Yolo & Sacramento Counties to name a few. I have worked in the Real Estate industry since 1997. I started at PROgressive Real Estate as the Listing Coordinator, handling all of the listings in the office. I worked in that capacity as well as assisting the Broker until June of 2000. I graduated from Sacramento State University with a bachelors degree and decided to venture into another occupation. I joined a fulfillment company in Napa where I started as an Administrative Assistant and was quickly promoted to Customer Account Specialist. After a year there, I decided I wanted to get back into the Real Estate industry and went back to PROgressive Real Estate.
I was hired back on as an Administrative Assistant for PROgressive Real Estate in June of 2001 and in June 2002 was promoted to Office Manager/Escrow Coordinator. I ran the office supporting 20 agents, which included maintaining all listing and escrow files. It gave me 3 years of hands on experience in dealing with real estate transactions. I feel it properly prepared me for my next venture in becoming a real estate agent. I know the ins and outs of real estate transactions and all that is involved. As of August 2005, I became a full time real estate agent for PROgressive. In March of 2007, I moved to Kappel & Kappel Inc. As of October 2008 I joined the Twin Oaks Real Estate. My newest venture has landed me at RE/MAX Gold in Vacaville as of October 2012. I am very excited about me decision to join RE/MAX. The exceptional service my customers have come to expect from me will not change, but the resources and support I can offer them is much greater now that I am affiliated with an international real estate company.
As a part of becoming a Realtor, I am a member of three real estate associations. They include:National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), California Association of REALTORS® (CAR), Northern Solano Association of REALTORS® (NSCAR)
I live and work in Solano County, which allows me to focus in helping people buy and sell real estate in my local area. I offer my listing and buyer's agent services in Solano County and the surrounding Yolo County area, as well as Sacramento & Placer counties. I am a member of the Bay Area Real Estate Information Services MLS and Sacramento/Yolo MLS for all of your home selling & buying needs.
I have been happily married since 2004. I am the proud parent of an amazing little boy who puts a smile on my face every day. I am an animal lover, especially dogs. I have 1 dog now, a cat & a rabbit. I am a proud supporter of the Solano County SPCA. I believe rescued animals can be the best companions. The brown dog with the white chest below was a rescue from Calaveras County. I enjoy being outside and breathing the fresh air as often as possible. I was a mentor "big sister" with the North Bay BBBS and was matched with my little for 3 years. It has been an amazing experience and I now have a new addition to my family since Brittny has entered my life.
I hope this gives you an idea of the person I am as well as my experience and the services I can offer you. I look forward to working with you on all of your real estate needs. Feel free to call or e-mail me with any questions you may have. I hope to hear from you soon!
My personal goal is to simplify the process of buying and selling real estate, and to satisfy everyone's needs to the best of my ability. My extensive experience and proven track record are factors you can count on when working with me. I use the latest technology to understand the current market and to make the connections necessary for our success.
I truly enjoy working with first time buyers as well as move-up and downsize buyers in the residential/farm & ranch properties for primary residence. I am finding that investors are a great client too in this changing market. It is great to find them good investment vehicles and take advantage of 1031 exchange options. I also enjoy working with home sellers and helping people in distressed situations realize there is help out there. I currently list REO's, short sales and non-distressed homes. I have received my CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) to be a more advised Realtor for those needing to sell their homes as a short sale.
As more homeowners experience hardships and struggle to afford their mortgage payments, they need qualified, caring realtors to help them through the process of selling their home as a short sale. Receiving my CDPE certification in July 2009 allows me to stay constantly updated with all the tools to assist homeowners in distress.
I receieved my HAFA certification in 2010 to better serve the many needs of homeowners in distress. HAFA allows a more defined short sale program that offers relocation assistance and other benefits to homeowners under water and struggling to pay their mortgage.
