That's right I've moved again. This is the life of a new home salesman. I am currently in a sales trailer at Monarch Estates in Firestone.To visit just head east of I-25 on Hwy 119 to Birch St, south to Monarch Dr and follow the signs to the sales office.
Those of you who have worked with me in Real Estate over the past 8 years or so know I commit myself to service. Making sure you and your clients are taking care of is my top priority. My needs and the needs of the company I work for will fall into place without effort if I make sure you and your client are well cared for. I have received lots of buisness and refferals that way, and most importantly made some great friends.
In this buisness you have to know what you are selling is worth your reputation. I would not work for a builder who I didn't 100% beleive in the product they were delivering. With Richmond we sell district areas instead of just one community. I am in the sales office at Monarch Estaes, making the stop to one office I can deliver to you and your clients information about the ew communities at not only Monarch, but Mountain Shadows in Firestone, Oak Meadows in Firestone, Sweetgrass in Dacono and Promontory in Greeley. One stop shopping makes it easier for your client to grasp the local market. Prices and product may change from community to community but I have all the informatin you need right here.
Monarch Estates- Starting at $179,950 This community is a must see. Monarch Estates has some of the best views and lots as big as 11,000 sqft. Because this community is very new the lot choice is yours. Located off of Birch and Monarch drive, your sitting right on the ridge looking at unobstructed views of the mountains.
Mountain Shadows- Has 4 bedroom homes with full basements starting at $199,950! Again great prices and unbeatable constructionand value! Whare can you find a brand new home like this! Mountain Shadows is located in Firestone across from the Kingsoopers shopping center. This community is a bit more developed, but the lots are great and you can't beat the convinience. Everything is within walking distance.
Oak Meadows- Located just east of Colorado Blvd from Mountain Shadows. Because the location is so close prices are the same! The only difference in this location is your High School student will attend Fredrick High vs. Mead. But still great pricing, convinient location and Energy Star homes!
Sweetgrass- Is located east of I-25 off of exit 232 (Dacono/Erie) A small community with a lot of charm. That could be from the standard tile roofs!. Only a few available lots here and a ton of floor plans to choose from!
Promontory- Is located about 5 minutes eats on Hwy 34 from the Shops at Centerra. A great community with fantastic value. Where else can you get a 4 bedroom home with a main floor study and basement starting at $199,950!
