My passion is most things creative. I love working with my hands whether it be making homemade cards, creating one-of-a-kind art or making jewelry. In the past year, I taught myself to knit. I love a challenge and knitting is surely that at times!
I am an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) and a member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals.
My primary market is to stage occupied properties with a secondary focus on vacant properties. My expertise is in redesigning most of what the homeowner already has in a way that creates flow, space and purpose.
My goals are two-fold with staging. First, my goal is to neutralize the house to make it appeal to multiple buyers, therefore helping the property sell faster and for more money. Secondly, my goal is act as a liaison, when needed, between the Realtor and Homeowner when it comes to the list of projects that need to be done prior to marketing the house. My direction and help can ease the workload for both Realtors and Homeowners.
