For sale less than a week, Terronald toured a young family around the house, showcasing its features and benefits, and shortly after, the family purchased the house citing Terronald's enthusiasm and charm as a large reason why they bought the house.
It was only natural, then, that Terronald would fulfill a life-long dream of selling real estate with Keller Williams Realty after selling in retail and pharmaceutical sales as a top-producer. Terronald earned his Bachelor's of Business Administration in Management and Spanish from Texas Tech University, during which period he studied abroad in Spain and maintained leadership positions in several university and campus organizations.
Terronald's success in the pharmaceutical industry as one-half of the top-producing team in his territory gave him the confidence to take the industry leap into real estate. His success track record continued, earning him the #2 spot and in the top 1% amongst all rookie agents by selling more than 7x the average agent in his first year.
Terronald continues his commitment to his real estate education at a high level having been mentored directly by some of the giants in the real estate industry including Dianna Kokoszka, Joel Rico, Tony DiCello, Jason Edwards, Bill Pipes and more. Terronald keeps you on top of current trends and technology with his hands-on approach to learning; he is very involved in educational seminars and conferences at both private and national levels. Most recently, Terronald teaches rookie agents 'How to Negotiate Win-Win Agreements' in the Keller Williams new agent training program, Ignite, and he has hired Joel Rico, one of the most nationally acclaimed real estate coaches as a consulting member of his team.
