Born and raised in the Northwest, Richard and Tia Morrow have a true passion for the beautiful Columbia Gorge Region and all that it has to offer.

For the past 20 years, Richard has been involved in the business of housing and community development.  Richard's involvement in development projects has ranged from small single family dwellings to multi-million dollar apartment complexes and community facilities. His employment history runs across a vast variety of experiences that includes approximately nine years in the civil engineering field, six years as a housing & community development specialist for a non-profit agency, and for the past seven years Richard has owned & operated his own housing & community development consulting firm.

Tia has experience in sales and office administration; she brings to the team, attention to detail and dedication to serve individual client needs.  Customer service and efficiency have been the keys to success throughout Tia's career.  Relationship building is most important to Tia and her teamwork approach towards real estate.  Creating an environment that is comfortable and approachable for her clients, is the personal goal of Tia in her business practice.
