I was born and raised in Southern California I started out in the employment of the County of Los Angeles and managed to get my degrees while working. After investing in Real Estate I discovered I loved the process and the properties. Upon moving to Orange County, Laguna Niguel in 1982 I found the drive was just a killer to Los Angeles. So I started a new career, in the area I love and the one investment I believed in and knew, REAL ESTATE. I have never turned back and still enjoy matching people to their new home or investment.
I study markets and function as an advisor to many investors regarding the direction of the market. I have over 40 years Real Estate Investment and Sales Experience, as well as, Property Management experience. I know pricing and I can explain the complicated issues of real estate to investors, clients and real estate agents. I have helped many through short sales.
My experience also includes: Probate Sales, Senior, and Gen X & Y Market, Economic Factors That Effect Real Estate, Creative Selling, Marketing Homes Specialties.
I have both an M.A. and B.A. California State University . Developed and designed the Orange County Small Claims Court Advisory's Training Program and was the Director of the Los Angeles County, Homeowner Fraud Unit.
Currently a leader within Keller Williams Realty, member of the ALC . I am recognized by Marquis Who's Who in the Western States. I have authored the book Renter's Rights & Responsibilities and was the Host of, Coping in Today's World, Times Mirroed Cable weekly series.
I have taught at three College Landlord Tenant Rights and Responsibilities, Human Relations, Economics, Supervision, Psychology, and Public Service and Administration.
