Just to give a little background on myself, I have been in the Mortgage business for over 10years.  I have been on both sides of the fence so to speak.  I have owned and operated my own Brokerage Business before converting it to a Correspondent Lender with FHA approval (not a fun process), once I had what I thought was my fill of those I went to work for a National Lender as a Wholesale Lending Rep for around 6 months and now I am back to doing what I love best and that is working with individuals to help them with the "American Dream" of home ownership.  I take an engineering approach to putting deals together which sets me apart from a lot of my competition.  My goal is to know the guidelines better than the underwriter because it helps things go smoother and allows me to get more deals done.
