I have worked and in-depth knowledge of local areas from South (like Chula Vista, National City), East (Spring Valley. Paradise Hills, Santee, Lakeside), North (Mira Mesa, Poway, Rancho Penasquitos, Tierrasanta) and Coastal (Carslbad, Del Mar, La Jolla, Point Loma) and all other parts of San Diego.
Since onset of short sale in early 2006, I've started to help clients negotiate with the lenders. I dealt with quite a few of them- Bank of America/Countrywide, Wachovia/Wellsfargo, Chase, EMC, Greentree, Citi, First Franklin, HSBC, Aurora, E-trade, GMAC...you name it, I may have talked to them one way or the other.
