After my first four years working for a new home builder I was hired as a sales manager giving me even more insight on how new home builders run their companies. With the knowledge I have acquired working for builders for eight years makes me confident that I am especially the real estate counselor for you if you are looking to buy new.
Presently, I have over twenty builder accounts that I service listings through my broker and I am having great success in the real estate industry. This position gives me daily one on one dealings with many builders sales counselors which has proven to benifit my clients.
My wife and I live in Rockwall with our two son's Nicholas (almost two) and Noah (4 months). We fell in love with the lake style of living here with great access to down town Dallas. We like to go to the zoo, parks, and the harbor with the boy's. If the Dallas Stars are playing you won't get a word out off me or Nicholas till it's over.
