Appraising has been a great career for the past 14 years and hopefully many more years to come. We are a family run residential appraisal company located in Desert Hills, a community in North Phoenix, near Anthem, Arizona. We offer personalized service in helping our clients with all varieties of residential appraisal needs. When you call Sleek Appraisals, you will talk to a licensed appraiser who can help answer questions. You will not talk to a receptionist or a trainee who cannot help you get answers. We are not an appraisal group where the owner is not "hands-on" and takes multiple tries to get the answers that are needed quickly. I will personally answer the phone after 5PM and on weekends. I know the importance of needing something "Now". I am the owner and am proud that Sleek Appraisal Services, Inc. has a spectacular reputation for being honest, friendly, punctual, and accurate. We have a great staff of appraisers that were all trained with the same approach to every appraisal-"If this appraisal were to be reviewed, would it pass?". The answer is always "Yes". We will never give an appraisal report that we are not confident with the end result.

New construction is my absolute favorite type of real estate to sell to a buyer because when someone buys a brand new home, they can pretty much pick everything the way they want it and call it their own. The buyer of a new construction home can watch the progress of the home from an empty dirt lot all the way up when they are given their keys. That is a very exciting process and it brings joy to everyone. New home builders typically go out of their way to make sure the buyer has a Five - Star experience.
