In real estate, single agency representation means 100% undivided loyalty to the client. Undivided loyalty is what makes my real estate service different from other licensees. I say to all my clients, whether they are buyers or sellers: I won't "double end" you. I encourage consumers to just say "no" to dual agency or any form of limited representation.

I'm a true Independent Agent , not just a salesperson. I employ no salespeople and use no subordinates. When I represent you, I fully represent you! First-time homebuyers really appreciate being 100% fully represented in their first real estate transaction.

Does experience also matter to you? I've been licensed in real estate since 1975.

Also a husband, father of 3, and grandfather to 5!

Certifications

When choosing a real estate licensee to represent you, do you favour charisma or credentials? While personal magnetism is an asset, perhaps you should review your licensed real estate representative's credentials for areas of expertise. A credential is an attestation of qualification or competence, issued to an individual by a third party with the relevant authority or assumed competence to do so.

My Credentials:

Appraisal Institute of Canada - Appraisal 101 -
Energy Mines & Resources Canada - R-2000 Builder course
Appraisal Institute of Canada - Evaluation of Energy Efficiency Measures for Residential Buildings
Employment & Immigration Canada - Atlantic Housing Professional Studies Program
New Brunswick Real Estate Institute - certificates in Professional Standards, Business Practices, Arbitration (1990), Ethics (1992), Appraisal and Law.

Larry has been of great help in buying our retirement house. He gave us excellent advice throughout the whole process. Thanks to his many years of experience as a realtor and his vast knowledge of construction he provided us with all the pros and cons of all the houses we were interested in buying and due to his guidance, we avoided making costly mistakes. We were able to purchase a very nice house in a great neighborhood. He is not tied to any realty company and, therefore, completely independent and unbiased. He is a great person with a good sense of humor and we would recommend him to anyone!
