Our expertise is well rounded as a Husband & Wife Real Estate team. The Kingsbay area is fairly small, so knowing the area is not a special service an agent can provide here, so it comes down to SERVICE and knowledge of Real Estate in general. The Kingsbay area I speak of is in South East Georgia, including Camden, Charlton & Glynn Counties. Now outside of those areas we would not do you service in helping you find a home because areas do require knowledge of the area. If you haven't found a Realtor and are looking in another area I would be glad to find one that will work hard for you that employs are same Standards. So we will go above and beyond for you even if we can't help you directly.
We really enjoy helping Home buyers find the home of their Dreams. There is nothing more satisfying than that, because when we make the process so easy for them and look to help them find what they are looking for, not what we are trying to sale, they really end up in the home they want. Selling homes comes a bit easier to us due to the marketing tools the Company uses that are put in place. Really once a person sees all the tools we use for the same cost others brokerages charge for a sign & lock box it is a no brainer.
