I am an agent 24/7 who, even in a bad market enjoy what I do. I retired after about 20 years from a 100 year family tradition of drycleaning in Princeton. I thought I was a part time agent (I only had floor duty 3 or 4 hours a day) and never considered time spent with clients "work".
I own multiple investment properties among them a 2 family home in Hopewell Township which I occupied from1983 until 2005. I reside in Princeton Twp. Outside of Real Estate I have done the typical coaching (recreational and High School scholastic wrestling) scout leader, elected school board member of Hopewell Valley Regional School District (where I also attended-class of '77). I enjoy old home and classic car restoration and have some of both. Lots of mistakes have been made in working on both but I have learned all along the way. I haved moved a home, rennovated and rehabbed as well as built ground up. I have removed underground storage tanks and overseen a $300K clean up, as well as installation of state of the art double wall tanks with cathodic and over fill protection and monitoring. One of my homes is in a historic district in Trenton,so I have had to deal with this there. My wife and I became master gardeners in 1998. We harvest our rain water, compost out doors as well as worm compost inside. We have had an energy audit and work daily to live a little greener. I have passed the GREEN designation and elective courses, and have earned my CRS GRI ABR and SRES designations. I have been certified as an Environmental Data Resources partner ( EDR) I am licensed in Pa as a Sales person and have a NJ Broker's license. As long as I am above ground I plan to keep learning.
My sales have for the most part been with in about 30 miles of Princeton. I have sold multi million dollar estates and fine homes, farms to be preserved and individual lots as well as inexpensive investment properties and commercial businesses. I enjoy working with many relocation clients from the numerous near by Pharmaceutical companies as well as first time buyers and renters. My office is located midway between Philadelphia and NYC just under an hour from either. It is pretty common for my clients to commute to either city.
