I love real estate and the art of the deal.  Although I am mostly am an investor, I also teach real estate investors all over the country (and several other countries too) to be a real estate investors.  Creative financing is my focus and I have published 4 books for the US and 1 for the UK.  3 of my books are for the real estate investor and 2 are more for the public and real estate agents - The 3 investor books - "Making Hard Cash in a Soft Real Estate Market", "Lease Options Made Simple (for the UK)" and "Investing in Real Estate with Lease Options and Subject Tos".  My 2 new books are for the general public - "Rent to Buy"  What can buyers and sellers (Rent to Sell) do right now to buy or sell a home?  Also, and more importantly for this site, What can agents do in the market?  A lot!!!   My two new books are called "Rent-to-Sell" and "Rent-to-Buy" - one for sellers and one for buyers and the real estate agents that support them.  You must have a copy for your library if you are to survive in the up and own markets of real estate  To find out more please visit my site. www.wendypatton.com
