Wendy has many years of experience working in real estate and mortgage, beginning in 1984. First Team began operating from its original Huntington Beach office in 1976. Now we have more than 60 locations and 2000 agents within our team.

Being a "Numbers Nerd" I am naturally fond of and very good at market research. This allows me to keep my finger on the pulse of the market for buyers, letting them know when the time is right to strike within their targeted neighborhoods. Because I continued to grow my Buyer business during the downturn, I have excellent insight into what compels them to buy, which assists my Sellers with faster, more profitable sales. It's a lot easier to plunk a sign in someones front yard and reduce the price until it sells, than to do the homework up front and aggressively market the property using the RIGHT channels, the best media money can buy, targeting the right BUYERS.
It's no accident that I have been contacted by Newport Beach Magazine and Epson Corp. for feedback as a professional Realtor. I am featured in the OC Register repeately because of my charity work with the Go Red For Women campaign and my involvement with the American Heart Association. My volunteer work as a spokesperson for the AHA gives me another layer of exposure that keeps me in the public eye and helps my clients sell their homes. Credibility is something we can't buy - it is earned over time.
2011 is already proving to be a breakout year for me. Joining First Team's luxury "Estates" division has propelled my career to another level. First Team Estates is the premier luxury real estate brand in California, with nearly one half Billion dollars in sales from our Newport Beach branch office alone in 2010.
