Living and working in a gateway community to Yellowstone National Park is a blessing. People live here because they WANT to live here, they BUY THE LIFESTYLE. My job is to know the market well and to be able to interpret it for Buyers and Sellers. I love meeting the wonderful folks who come through here (Cody, Wyoming), live here, or need to move away from here. Every class I take makes me more qualified to work with the diversity of Buyers and Sellers that I have the pleasure to meet with their unique circumstances. Because our community is so small (Park County has approx. 27,000 people), I need to be well versed in all types of real estate, and even though I specialize in residential properties I do some work with commercial/business and land real estate as well. I was the first Green designated REALTOR in Wyoming and the first SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designee in Wyoming. I want to be a great resource for people no matter what their special needs may be and go the extra mile to make sure I'm educated in the various aspects of the real estate business.
