About Me

I am the mini-mastermind behind Sacramento Mortgage Company.  After many years working under comfort (and restrictions) of a corporation, I finally made the move: I opened up my own shop.  Independent at last!

I started in the lending business way back in 1994 for a finance company called Norwest Financial.  There I learned the ropes of signature loans, credit accounts and finally real estate.  I have since worked for Conseco Finance/Greentree Mortgage, Washington Mutual Bank and most recently Eagle Home Mortgage. During my career I have held my Property and Casualty Insurance License, Life Insurance License and Notary License too.  Currently, I am earning her full Real Estate Broker's license and am expecting to receive my credentials by Summer 2008. 

When I am not crunching numbers for my clients (or typing entries on the web), you're likely to find me outdoors.  I am a snow skier by winter and a golfer by the summer.  Some of my other interests include watching sports (NFL/NBA), reading, wine tasting, walking my extra-large Beagle around Midtown Sacramento (where I live and breathe) or enjoying quality time with my family and friends.  I have lived happily in Sacramento since 1993.  "Why change a good thing?  It's beautiful here."
