My company was started to fill a void in today's real estate industry.  For many years, I worked as a paralegal for a very busy real estate law firm.  Seeing many real estate agents in their daily struggle to manage their files and keep everything in line I realized there HAD to be a better way. 

In a search for a software program to help the agents that we worked with increase their productivity and regain control of their transaction tasks.  However, in my research and interviews with buyers and sellers I learned that customers often times just want to "connect" with someone about their transaction.
