About Michelle and TMC

In 2005, Michelle Spalding creates Transaction Management Consultants, or TMC to fill a genuine gap in the real estate market.

 

TMC is founded on the firm belief that outsourcing is the smartest and most efficient way to grow a real estate business.  With a dedicated team of the nation’s best coordinators, TMC couples the latest computer technology with outstanding personal service to assist Realtors, Investors and Developers coordinate their listings and contracts, allowing her nationwide clients to focus on building their business, not the day-to-day activities involved in their deals.
