Tina Goddard has lived and worked in the Orangeburg community for over seventeen years with experience in the real estate industry for the last seven years. Working as an office administrator, relocation coordinator and now as a licensed Realtor she is fortunate to have a well rounded exposure to the real estate market in Orangeburg. Having raised three children in Orangeburg, all educated in the public school system, she can comfortably assist you and your family with your relocation and home finding needs.  Since moving to Orangeburg she has been an active member/teacher of the Orangeburg church of Christ.

Tina is an ERA AccelERAtion Graduate  - AccelERAtion is a 5 day training program that educates ERA associates how to better assist their buyers and sellers, pricing a home, preparing a home for sale, prospecting, negotiating contracts and implementing ERA's products and services.

 

A graduate of ERA's Top Gun Academy and a Top Team member, she received extensive training that focused on understanding the special needs of home owners, how to shorten the average time it takes to sell a home, and new marketing ideas designed to help each property obtain the best price.

Tina recently completed Train the Trainer, a certification program offered by the national ERA franchise.   Certification in this field offers Tina the opportunity to teach the ERA AccelERAtion class for new agents as well as seasoned agents within ERA Wilder Realty.
