Meet Pat Tasker

Licensed in 1989, my first year in the business I was the Rookie of the Year for my company (1200 agents).  A successful company leader in sales and listings ever since.  I realized early on that this would be my lifetime profession, and I started working on designations, first off-CRS & GRI.  Over the past 20 years I have aquired these additional designations: ABR,SRES, CLHMS, CHMS and E-Pro.  The purpose of these was not to have alphabet soup after my name, but rather gaining the education provided through the course work, in order to help my buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. (another surprise benefit was the referral network, and friends made along the journey!)  Buyers and sellers have the same ultimate goals:  Sellers want to get the best price, in the shortest time, with the least hassles.  Buyers want to get the best value in their home purchase.   Voted as a top agent in customer service by Milwaukee Magazine 2009 & 2008, in an independent survey of my customers!
