About Us:

My team includes administrative staff, transaction managers, and marketing specialists whose main functions are to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently for your home sale/purchase. My job is to direct my team on your behalf while I work 1-on-1 with you. That way you only have one phone number to remember and one point of contact.

The use of technology is changing the face of real estate and our brokerage is at the forefront of these changes. Our Oasis Data Systems application allows me to perform any type of real estate transaction regardless of where I'm at. Our Home Sales Marketing Platform distributes your home's info to over 40 real estate websites with the click of a button. And our Home Buyer Software Suite makes locating the right home for you a breeze.

But all the technology in the world doesn't make a great Realtor. The most important thing I can do is deliver the best service possible and exceed the expectations of my clients in every transaction. To prove that I stand behind my performance I include an "easy out" clause in every agency agreement that says if you're not satisfied with my service you can cancel our agreement at any time.

I focus mainly on single family homes in the South Metro area with particular expertise in the Parker, Centennial, Castle Rock and South Aurora areas.  I've also worked extensively in the Washington Park, Congress Park, Capitol Hill and City Park areas.  And I'm always glad to help people buy or sell their condos and townhomes, or even educate them on turning their properties into rental properties to build financial wealth over the longterm.
