I love real estate. Let me repeat that: I love real estate. I love everything about it. I like land, houses, offices, commercial spaces. But I specialize in residential property in the Sacramento area. An avid investor myself, mainly in buy and hold real estate, I am a huge proponent of investment property, with a 10 year plan for my husband to retire. I for one will never retire from selling real estate. It's just too much darn fun!

I love working with first-time homebuyers. There are hosts of possibilities there open for them which you miss out on when you buy your second home. However, I also like residential income property and working with investors.
