Areas of Expertise

Industrial Properties: I have been in many warehouses in the past 25 years. In the past 10, as a real estate Broker, I have had the fortune to sell and lease many. I especially liked brokering deals for the Avenues Business Center on Jacksonville's Southside. This was a warehouse condo project of six 24,000 square foot buildings with 10 condo units each. I was succesful in selling most of the 60 units over a 24 month period.

Office Properties: I have had many opportunities to lease office space both as a Landlord's rep and as a Tenant's rep. I have also had experience in selling multi-tenant and single tenant office buildings.

If you're looking for a property manager, I would strongly urge you to work with Peter Gentry. I have an upper-end-of-the-rental-market home which is therefore more difficult to keep occupied but Mr. Gentry has had no problem finding and keeping acceptable tenants in the house. Mr. Gentry knows that he works for the owner and keeps the owner's best interests in mind, which is more than I can say for previous managing agents.

Peter Gentry keeps me advised on the property's status and goes out of his way to keep maintenance and repair costs down on my behalf. His fees are less than what others have charged me, yet I get superior service from him. I really don't know why anyone would look elsewhere for a pro-active, honest and skilled property manager.
