We can help you find the house of your dreams, or sell the one you have with speed, ease and professionalism. We can also help you with investment properties. We can help you sort through the 20,000+ listings to find the small handful that represent the best deals - get $30,000 or more of equity when you buy your home or condo.
Our 160 agents and 10 loan officers span the metro region, from Colorado Springs to Boulder. We have a focus on educating our clients about their options so they can make well-informed choices. We also have software tools we developed in-house to help you find the best value for your money. We can also focus on where the appreciation has been the highest and where the best schools are located, depending on your requirements.

I work with owner occupant and small investors. As a business consultant and development specialist, I bring a bit of a different take to the real estate trade. In addition to representing clients as a Buyer Broker, I help Brokers get their clients ready to purchase or sell.
How many of us have worked with clients who are indecisive or change focus in middle stream? We can't "steer" our clients in a direction we think they need to go, but we don't want to get drug all over town looking at condo conversions one week and single family rental neighborhoods the next.
I have programs available to coach and train buyers so they can work with their Broker of choice in a focused, effective manner. This is a huge boon to Brokers - especially in Colorado - who need to be more focused on the purchase contract. (What's it worth to the Broker to have clients who are actually trained and focused on a specific geographic area, or housing type? The client ebenfits and does not have unrealistic expectations of their Broker. This sets the stage for a lasting professional relationship.)
I am a Buyer's broker by referral in the mid to upper mid range in single family houses The commissions I earn assist me in working closely (volunteer training and consulting) with first time buyer programs to help these up and coming families earn their piece of the American Dream - without risking their credit or stability.
