About Us:

I would like to take this time to introduce myself, as well as my company, Quality Check Home Inspection Services.

 My name is Tom Martin and I have been performing home inspections for over seven years.  I have been professionally trained in a licensed home inspection training program, provided by Inspection Training Associates, the national leader in home inspection training. I have passed the National Home Inspector Examination® Also I am a licensed home inspector in the state of Massachusetts.

At Quality Check Home Inspection we understand a home inspection can be very stressful and emotional to both buyer and seller. During the inspection process we are very sensitive and professional to all who are involved. We feel that the home inspection is an important part of the real estate transaction and should not be a situation where often the dream of becoming a home owner is lost. Experience

I personally have many years of construction experience in building homes. During my apprenticeship to gain my home inspection license, I was trained by Charles Magri, former president of the Builders Association of Greater Boston, the Bristol-Norfolk Home Builders Association and the Home Builders Association of Massachusetts. Thanks to Mr. Magri, I have gained additional knowledge in the building trades and have learned the importance of ethics in today's business world.  I feel very fortunate to have trained and learned from Mr. Magri.

Very flexible and reasonable fee
Prior to selling a rental property I was seeking a home inspection to provide myself and potential buyers with details on the condition of the home and to verify my responsibility to complete the sellers disclosure requirements were complete. Tom is knowledgeable, friendly, low pressure, quick to respond to every inquiry, and professional in every respect. Following the inspection, he quickly provided a thorough and detailed written report, including a verbal explanation, at a very competitive & affordable price. He was very flexible in scheduling a mutually convenient inspection time to meet everyone's (myself, Tom & the home's tenant) personal calendar. Tom ultimately completed the job on a Sunday with minimum advance notice. I highly recommend him and am confident he will deliver more than expected at a reasonable fee.
