Yes, I think there should.  I'm glad that they curbed the abuse that used to be here so at least you only get pts for 1 q and a limit of answers.

But, yes, some people need to have some common sense.  They are turning people off.

I'd say max of 5 per day

I think that might be a good idea to limit the number of questions....some of the questions are not real estate related....

I've not tallied the leaders of this phenomenon Roy but I believe it's somewhat like throwing dirty socks against the wall, eventually one of those questions will stick. I am typically more focused on the what than the who in Q & A.

Yes, a limit on questions asked and there should also be a limit on points for questions answered in a day.

How do some agents find the time to answer every single question...most answers showing how little they know.
