We will picnic with the kids and everyone they know for a few hours and then come back home.  We want to be here for the  noise, our Wolfie doesn't do well.

I like fireworks Lise. I can't resist.

We end up going to the baseball game each year and watching fireworks at the ballpark.

I have a dog that is afraid of fireworks noise so I stay home with her.  Only because I do not want her to hurt herself.

I'm a fireworks freak!

I'll put on the eye shields and get a close to the boomers as possible.

What makes my hometown events special?
It's my hometown! 

The crowds...and all those eyeballs....many of which wish they could live in such an exciting place. Passive strategies work very well.

Then I go home and end the celebration with a challenge to 'finish the key lime pie' before leaving.

I stay home.  I do not like crowds. We have wonderful fireworks in many towns.

Good morning Lise. We have a front row seat from our beach house and 7 miles of beach in front of us and fireworks as far as the eye can see. We are very fortunate and can't wait.

Fireworks in Commons makes it unique. However. I can see it from my window so I prefer to avoid crowds Lise Howe 

Staying home.  Parking is always a problem and of course the bugs at the fireworks.
