Many buyers look to see what's out there is Friday, so they can look on the weekend, so I would say Thursday is the best day to drop the price.

I would say on early Monday morning because many agents do a hot sheet on Monday to see what changes have occured with the inventory over the weekend.

The best day of the week as soon as the seller agrees to it.

I like Victor Quiroz's answer but don't ask me "y" because he already told you.

I would not delay a price reduction for any special day. That is a factor that deserves immediate action.

Since we work everyday and everything is internet driven I don't think it really matters. If I had to pick I would say on a Thursday so people could find it by the weekend when they are free

Good morning Shanna. I guess would be at the end of the week, so new showings can happen over the weekend.

Good Tuesday morning Shanna. I have a lot of friends in real estate who do not frequent active rain. Had to stop and see the answers.

It's best to lower the price on any day that end with a "Y" once you and the seller both feel its right to do so. I won't think about a price reduction until after 21 days of little to no activity on a listing because NAR research shows that 21 days is enough time to attract all buyers already looking in a particular neighborhood.

for me it's Thursday. My search drip emails go out on that day. So late Wednesday ngiht is when I schedule so that the reduction will trigger being on the top of the list if it's in their search.

Yesterday :)
Homes that are priced too high won't sell. Anything you can do to fix that should be done as quickly as possible.
