Hi Nick. I used it many years ago and felt that it was a good product, but I did not get the returns for the investment that is required. I know it's been improved since then, so I can't offer any opinion about the current product.

I stopped using Top Producer for Referral Maker. Speaking of "snapshot" your profile could use one of you Nick. Doesn't your MLS provider offer something similar for FREE?
