Pretty much only for photo shoots ha ha   I'm normally on my ipad or iphone and that allows me to be out on the back deck or on the sun porch when I'm not in the car.

Depending on the appointment and the day,  I spend at least 6 hours a day at my desk.

Depends on the day and the week. Some days I'm there all day long, others I'm out "in the field" with clients.

alot...more than I would like. When I get to the point that I need an assistance then it will be wonderful as I am not a paper person. I enjoy bloging and the web but not the admin work that comes with this line of work

I mix it up, but several hours a day easily. Now this is only at home, I never do work at the office..

About a third of the day. Some days if I am out showing it is a lot less.

I am at my desk if I don't have an appointment. Sometimes until the wee hours of the morning.  But not tonight.  I am almost done!

It varies but too much.  So much time it's caused back issues.

I am not in my office that often - I work from home a lot though sitting on my sofa! 

It depends on the day. When i get  a new listing I have to be on the computer for a couple of hours just to post on different sites and blog.

Good morning Captain Wayne. About 50% of my time is spent at my desk, 25% at one of my conference rooms taking applications.

If by at my desk means in the recliner in front of the TV with my laptop & cell phone it would about 80% of my working hours. 

depends on the week, I am generally behind a computer or steering wheel at least 15 hours per day six days per week.

About 3 days. I used to run all over the place, showing Buyers properties, and now I work smarter, not harder. I refuse to chase my tail anymore with very, very little ROI with that "technique". Now, I research, research, research and go after listings. Much better use of time.

Depends.. If I am not showing houses that day I would say probably 4-6 at my desk.

I don't know what the percentage is... but if I'm not out of the office with a clients (buyer or seller), then I'm in the office.

I treat this like a full-time job, cause it is.

As little as possible I am not a good sitter. Translate that into a percentage..I would say 20% max

Thanks for the question, Captain Wayne - Rowlett Real Estate School !  It reminded me I needed to get up and get on my treadmill.  The time at my computer depends on the day.  On the days I do spend a lot of time at the computer (like writing days), I lose track of time and set a timer for 60 minutes.  I get up and spend a few minutes on my treadmill at least every hour.  

Does sitting at this desk make my *** look bigger?
