Design yes, produce no!  

I always design my own. But I can do it and know what I want. 

I design my own so I get exactly what I want.

I'm not a sign designer --- I utilize a company that is on our company's list of vendors.

We design our own signs and other things.

I do the design.

I am the company, but I let Oakley sign company do the design or me.  They did a good job.  However, in the future I might have it done at Fivvr or somewhere. 

Debbie and I designed our own.

Most HOA's here design them and then let us "buy" them from the expensive sign company.

I did my signs back in 2004 and am still using them. Paid a lot for them, but they've stood the test of time.

I design my own. It doesn't take very long.

I designed my own.

I had a graphic designer design my signs once and it was terrible. He didn't seem to understand the basic concept. It was my own fault though as I was new in the business. Although I suspect that a marketing company will have similar difficulties.

It's not rocket science. Get examples and either do it yourself or provide them to a 3rd party.

Our brokerage has a standard sign all agents must use.  You can put your phone number on the sign; however that is all that can be changed.

Since I'm with a broker who allows to design my own branded materials, I carefully designed everything with a graphic designer.

I design all my own signs.

My company's logo has been around since I was in first grade. My company also pays for the signs, so I don't have to worry about this.

I use the company standard and have so many in inventory I probably will never have to order another sign for the rest of my career.

not much "design" to ours, but I did it myself.  It's the info and it being the best size I care about.

Our signs are branded to our brokerage.

I have my logos designed, but once that's done, I design my own business cards (since I don't have signs as an Exclusive Buyers Agent), etc.

We use our company-branded signs and design our own riders.

I gave the rough draft and the sign company perfected it with my approval

My sign guy gives you several choices once you give him a rough of what you want. Same with colors and font too. From there....it comes and it looks good too..teamwork...WORKS!

im not sure they are very good, but they are better than i am. AND if left just to me it would be 2018 before it got done

It's a collaboration between both of us.  

When you are a RE/MAX agent, sign design is very easy and the sign companies have excellent options.

RE/MAX has a standard sign so it's already designed for us.

I prefer sign company design the signs.

Metro Brokers is a logo, but as a corporation, they mandate what our signs will look like, so we have no input.

It is a good question as i am in the market to re-brand my signs as i an getting low. SO now is the time to do it as i need them anyway. 

I let a professional designer design them and then sent that of to a sign company. Usually the sign compan is only good at making generic signs and I am big on branding.

When a marketer or sign company demonstrates they know more about direct response marketing than I do, I'll let them design the sign.

They know about pretty signs. I know about making the phone ring.
