If you join a gym so you can eat more you have issues that should be addressed. Have a healthy and happy Thanksgiving!

We are not fans of eating too much, we are fans of eating great food...In our opinion great food satisfies perfectly. We do belong to our Yoga Studio, and we were there this evening for a great workout.  We will be going to our regular Friday class at 4:30PM.

Larry - I used to be very athletic, and big into fitness (working out 6 days a week, playing all sorts of sports); but now the knees, lower back, and left shoulder have significantly reduced my ability to do anything.

Joining a gym around the holidays to make up for what you eat is not the reason to join a gym.  I see a lot of new members this time of year, and especially around the new year.  Within a month or so most of them quit, but I'll still be there.
