I would hope that many here would answer that their CRM is their most valuable app/program. That's where all the gold is stored. As for tools, if you don't have a phone and a computer these days, you're not in business.

I have to agree with Larry Johnston ~ the mouse for my computer! Couldn't live without it and don't get how people do.

All of my electronics are Mac, and I think that iCloud is the best thing since ActiveRain!

The app I use in my day to day business is Genius Scan that enables me to scan documents right on the spot in PDF to my Dropbox, lender, client or the office.

Apps can be very helpful but the basic equipment such as a phone is more important.

There are many valuable apps and tools.  One of the most important is the MLS.

My most valuable app is my brain.  Though, it is in need of an update.

my iphone itself is my most valuable tool....on the same level as my laptop.... that's all I need....a tool to provide guidance (iphone)...and another tool to share information and make the phone ring (laptop and Google)
