Thank God my state does not have a water system, and I hope that none of the others do either.
We have wells that we pump water out of for our homes, and cities have wells that they pump from to supply water to their residents, lets hope the state never steals our water so that they can sell it back to us!

Our water rights involve irrigation water. The ditch rights in this area don't have a standard way of measuring water shares and it's very complicated.
