Are these questions from one of your buyers in present day about something in progress?
I like them. The only critique is that the contingency period can vary and is not always 17 days.
Throw in some white space. Tone it down on realtor lingo. It's a little intense I think.

VEry good. I read them and you covered them thouroughly
I thought the 3 answers were good answers.
I would make each one of these a separate blog. It is alot of information for a buyer or seller who never has bought or sold. Here inspections are 7 to 10 days, but never more. We do our final walk through the day of closing. I do like the q and a style blog though,
I think they are really good questions from a first time buyer.
I am sure that this will be effective for your readers and gain you some seo Tony. Nice Job!
You might want to hyperlink if you want it read.
Great job! It will come in handy for many buyers.
keep up the great work
I don't see a viable link, Tony.
Wish the link was clickable
I think they are great questions and answers but it's a lot to read in one post and I recommend more white space to make it easier to read, and perhaps better yet reak it into separate posts on different questions. The link you shared has to be copied and pasted - to make it easier for readers make it clickable
Very nice. Perhaps a few more line breaks and white space.
They sound a lot like the questions my first time buyers ask - and you have good answers.
Tony Lewis - you get a bookmark and like for this Question and post...
