I do not use them and was unaware of them until your question.
Following are the Condo.com stats
Page visits and duration suggest increadible 'stickyness'
over 78 percent of traffic orignates from search.
A look at their site suggest to me this is a resource an agent could efffectively market to announce a unique solution to the problems condo owner have that they believe are unique.
The agent WILL need to market this resouce locally to get the best results.

I have not used them. Prior to your question, I had never heard of the site.
No, I've not heard of them. Will have to check it out a bit more
No but I remember a few years ago they were trying to get people on board. I think the ship sank.
Unless you are specializing in ONLY condos, I would still be hesitant to use that! A
I look for condos in Florida and I use realtor.com and Zillow. That is where the action is.
The few condos I've marketed have been done with the more traditional marketing sites. I've not used a niche one like condo.com
I tried but they then become very aggressive in trying to get you to pay more. Not worth it in my opinion.
Have never used it. However, the more exposure for a seller, the better and quicker results.
Julia Lysenko I have not use Condo.com yet.
This is the first I've heard of them. Have to check it out!
No, haven't used them.
Julia Lysenko - never used them. Wish I could be of some help.
Never heard of it sorry.
I have not and have not really needed them. WIth an extensive marketing program for all my new listings, they all sell relatively quick in normal channels.
I am not familiar with the web site or product...
I've not used Condo.com before. I'm wondering if it might be included in the sites that ListHub or RealBird syndicate to???
No, I have not used condo.com for advertising.
Have never dealt with a condo, not very common around here.
Nedver head of it.
I used it when I had one of my own properties for sale - didn't get anything from it though.
No, I never used it.
Never heard of them, and can do my own marketing.
I'm going to check out the other answers. I haven't used this site.
I've not heard of condo dot com.
Sorry never try them.
Nope, I know them and would not use them...ever
I have not... my listings get enough exposure without condo.com (especially if you need to pay to list there).
I am not familiar with that website.
