I would think that she is unprofessional and my first impression of her would not be good.

I have seen agents show up in daisy duke short shorts, high spike hooker heels and boobs hanging out. How much trouble would it be to dress like you are running a business?

I would not react but go through the open house.  Some people never dress up and that might be their "normal" attire.  There are many types of agents ... but I'm more interested in the house.

Did she pair it with gym shoes or barefoot?  I'd ask if she was going to a yoga class thereafter.  This only adds to a negative light on the professionalism of agents.

I guess, it depends on the location. I would not be surprised to much to see that here in L.A. since every one does yoga and you can connect better to younger buyers who all wear some kind of tight pants:) 

I wear black tight pants, white top and a some kind of jacket most of the time and I always get complements for my style.

These days (no offense to anyone) but that is just regualr wear i see every day. Most have a shirt over so that it covers up, however some dont. If the top was apropriate than fine. As with any clothes, they should be appropriate in wear, fit and taste.

it's not proper to wear to an open house....one can be casual and that would be "business casual".... no need to be uncomfortable....your presence is important, not to everyone, but to most....

Depends on what type of top she had on. Many people in our area wear yoga pants / leggings everywhere.  Some outfits look nice, others well.. they should not wear them. I wouldn't wear them at open house.
