We're still going strong here but, expect that the market will level out once we get to a neutral point. We're in a very strong sellers market simply because there is little inventory and SO much buyer demand.

I think our peak has already hit at least for this year.   We just saw a boatload of new listings hit the market, which will make it easier for our Buyers.  Think we shall expect a good market for the next couple of years.

I don't think it's peaked yet, still plenty of momentum.  We're getting the summer influx of inventory, so that will slow down things a bit.  Like Dennis Swartz said, the Trump tax plan and what Kimmy Un does will have the biggest impact.

It has not peaked yet, but given the fact that we have surpassed 2007 peak prices but our inflation, incomes and industry here have not followed that quickly I just don't know how it is sustainable. Prices are ridiculous for Boise Idaho in my opinion.-Kasey

We are still on the up, Nathan Gesner . Lack of inventory continues to drive our prices. And in relationship to our feeder markets, we are still cheap. Which has created our current situation - the locals are priced out of the market and forced to live further and further away from their jobs.
