Often, agents "over ask" - a postcard is not a relationship, even it it's one of a series. In regular communication, a big ask with no relationship is quite inappropriate, and the same for mailers. We recommend the agent invite the prospect into a scenario of giving (by the agent) that can lead to contact:

"...if you would like more information on this property, the local market conditions, or would like to know more about your options, please consider me a resource; I would love to be of service.."
