Every new listing gets a week long ad, about 50% of sold homes get one too. I also boost articles periodically to drive more traffic to my WP site or to reach a certain demographic. I rarely spend more than $20 per ad/boost and both have generated new clients. IMHO, it is the best paid advertising we can do online.
